A full site survey is completed ahead of any project.

Our skilled designers create 2D plans and 3D renders, applying ergonomic principles, which visualise the finished outcome.

Project Management
We provide a detailed work schedule, building control liaison, planning applications, details of the CDM principle designer role, control of site logistics during the project, plus an operation and maintenance manual on completion.
Fit out and refurbishment
Interiors
All interior materials and products are provided.
Complete internal demolition and structural changes.
New internal division of the space, finishes and design features to fulfil the client brief.
Bespoke features; lighting details, joinery, flooring, hygienic spaces, laboratories.
Operational systems
Mechanical and electrical systems, and heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) are supplied.
External work
Visual alterations of the external façade of the building; windows, doors, cladding, roof work.
Ground works; including civil changes, landscaping and land clearance.
Dilapidations

Performed on behalf of commercial landlords and/or tenants at the end of a lease term.
SCHEDULE OF WORK
Work is completed in accordance with the surveyor’s specification and schedule of works but consultation of what would be expected is often provided by Candor.
