PGS engaged us for a full Cat B fit-out of their ground-floor office space, creating a semi-open plan environment with a mix of large and small collaborative spaces, private booths, and quiet areas. The design balanced functionality with modern aesthetics, ensuring an adaptable and efficient workplace.
New rooms were constructed with sound attenuation and privacy in mind, incorporating double-skin and double-glazed partitions. Existing client assets, including movable walls, canteen kitchen equipment, and gym machines, were repurposed to optimize sustainability and cost-efficiency.

M&E works included additional distribution boards, underfloor Electrak busbar, and Cat6A data installation. We also integrated the landlord’s centrally controlled Zen lighting, HVAC, and fire alarm systems to enhance operational efficiency.
Flooring was tailored for different zones—cushion-backed carpet tiles for office areas, LVT for canteen and tea points, and ESD flooring for server and IT build rooms.
Feature finishes throughout included an oak veneer slat wall and ceiling detail with backlit signage in the reception area, a canteen counter with a stone top and oak veneer slats, and grid room visual dividers with Perspex infill screens.
